The Coast Guard Auxiliary is an all volunteer, civilian organization that is authorized by Federal Law to participate in any authorized US Coast Guard mission with the exception of combat and direct law enforcement. This web site is intended to show boaters in the Mobile Bay area what we do in Flotilla 39 and to provide information to our members to help them perform their services
